There are many dream homes in Santa Barbara, but this one is pretty special! Design team Jim Rickard and Jenn Wood have transformed a run down Riviera home into a stunning oasis using as many environmentally friendly materials they could find. After months of working on this project Jenn visited Upstairs to add the finishing touches.
