Ojai resident Helen Macgregor has recently become a favorite Upstairs at Pierre Lafond. She uses 100% Belgian linen in the creation of her decorative pillows and throws. In each piece she creates Helen makes sure to add novelty. Whether they are woven West African textiles or the extremely rare beaded linens the women of the Vietnamese tribe Kotu wear as skirts, there is a story behind each piece. All of her creations are hand sewn by Helen in her Ojai studio.

Twenty years ago or so Helen’s work was featured on the cover of Architectural Digest. Her designs are original and timeless. Glad to see she’s still at it.
