Destination Greece, Volume 5

Summer is here and it’s time to travel. Our friends at Global Eye Photography agreed to take some of our merchandise on a trip to Greece and give us a report. Here’s what they had to say about adventuring with our gear.

We woke to the sheep’s bells clanging as they foraged their pasture for grass. They eyed us cautiously as we ate on our little patio overlooking the town of Mykonos. Up early, we were heading out to the beach on the south side of the island. We spent the day snorkeling, collecting little shells and beach glass.

I laid out my fouta towel on a little sandy strip to read while Michael swam in the clear blue waters. In the afternoon I tied my towel around my waist and we walked to a cafe for lunch of Greek salad.

The light turned golden and we dressed for the scooter ride back to Mykonos Town. As the sun set I rode on the back with my towel wrapped around my shoulders.

The parched landscape is made beautiful with the warm light glowing off the white buildings, on the dovecotes, and on the doves themselves, flying in white flocks everywhere. Ya sus Greece! -Kristen Cramer, Global Eye Photography.

Fouta Towels are amazing for their lightweight and quick dry. Upstairs has several available in an assortment of bright colors. $62.00
